PE 3 (Block 8) students will participate in a variety of strength and conditioning activities which are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, upper/lower body strength, flexibility, core strength, agility, coordination, and balance. Fitness assessments will be conducted in this class.

Physical Education Boys' Grades 9/10 will cover various topics associated with fitness and conditioning, team and recreational sports. Classes will incorporate the use of technology in both formative (during class) and summative (end of unit, quarter, or term) assessments.
